摘　　要：FEZ家族锌指1反义RNA1(FEZF1-AS1)作为一种新的长链非编码RNAs(lncRNAs),在结直肠癌、胃癌、肝癌等癌症中高表达。其异常表达与癌症患者的预后不良及临床特征有关,并通过多种潜在机制促进细胞增殖、侵袭和转移,而FEZF1-AS1的敲除可显著抑制这些过程,可能是各种肿瘤的潜在治疗靶点或预后生物标志物。然而,FEZF1-AS1在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)发生中的作用尚不完全清楚。因此,本文对FEZF1-AS1在NSCLC发生中的作用、表达及其与耐药之间的关系作一综述。FEZ family zinc finger 1-antisense RNA 1(FEZF1-AS1),as a novel long chain noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs),is highly expressed in colorectal cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer and other cancers.Its abnormal expression is associated with poor prognosis and clinical characteristics of cancer patients and promotes cell proliferation,invasion and metastasis through a variety of potential mechanisms,while FEZF1-AS1 knockdown can significantly inhibit these processes and may be potential therapeutic targets or prognostic biomarkers for various tumors.Nevertheless,the role of FEZF1-AS1 in the occurrence of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is not fully understood.Therefore,this paper reviews the effects of FEZF1-AS1,expression and its relationship with drug resistance in NSCLC.
