摘 要:焊装工艺是汽车四大工艺中的重要环节之一,为了提高汽车焊装生产线的工艺布局规划效率及解决实际生产中出现的机器人可达性及超载和运动轨迹不良、空间干涉、设计的生产线节拍不符合要求等问题。以汽车前地板焊装生产线为对象,运用Tecnomatix虚拟制造技术,建立了前地板焊装生产线的仿真模型。从对焊接任务的工艺布局、对机器人的选型及负载的计算、焊枪的选型和检查及焊点的分配的仿真前期工作的准备,到焊接过程中分析与优化,预知了现场机器人不可达性和空间干涉等问题并进行规避,进而优化了机器人的运动轨迹,最后建立了甘特图,从工序的角度优化了生产线的节拍,以此提高生产和设计的效率,降低生产成本。Welding technology is one of the four important links in automobile technology.In order to improve the efficiency of process layout planning of automobile welding production line and solve the problems of robot accessibility,overload and poor trajectory,space interference,and inconsistent design of production line rhythm in actual production.In this paper,the simulation model of front floor welding production line is established by using Tecnomatix virtual manufacturing technology.From the process layout of welding tasks,the selection of robots and the calculation of loads,the selection and inspection of welding torches and the preparation of simulation of welding joint distribution,to the analysis and optimization of welding process,the problems of inaccessibility and spatial interference of field robots are predicted and avoided,and then the trajectory of the robot is optimized.Finally,Gantt chart is established.In order to improve the efficiency of production and design and reduce the production cost,the production line rhythm was optimized.
