摘　　要：新工科建设背景下,人才培养提出了新的目标。本文针对《电工学》课程传统教学模式和内容中出现的问题,从教学内容、教学方式和创新实践3个方面提出了教学改革方案。该方案根据电工学课程的特点,加入更加新颖的教学模式,使学生的学习更加有参与性,以此来充分调动学生的积极性。该方案的主要目的在于提高学生的动手能力,使学生能够通过更多的实践,提升切实解决实际问题的能力,着力培养能够服务社会的需求型人才,积极探索新型的教学模式来完成新型工科人才的培养要求。Under the background of new engineering construction,talent training puts forward new goals.Aiming at the problems in the traditional teaching mode and content of Electrotechnics,this paper puts forward a teaching reform scheme from three aspects:teaching content,teaching method and innovative practice.According to the characteristics of electrotechnics course,the program adds a more novel teaching mode to make students'learning more participatory,so as to fully mobilize students'enthusiasm.The main purpose of the program is to improve students'practical ability,enable students to improve their ability to solve practical problems through more practice,strive to cultivate demand-oriented talents who can serve the society,and actively explore new teaching modes to meet the training requirements of new engineering talents.
