尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞治疗急性进展型脑梗死的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞治疗急性进展型脑梗死的效果及炎性因子的影响。方法:选取2019年2月—2021年2月我院收治的急性进展型脑梗死患者80例,根据入院时间将其分成两组,对照组(2019年2月—2020年2月入院)与观察组(2020年3月—2021年2月入院),每组40例。对照组采用丁苯酞治疗,观察组采用尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞治疗。对比两组治疗前后炎性指标、神经受损程度、日常生活能力及治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1)、血管细胞黏附分子1(sVCAM-1)均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的72.50%(P<0.05)。结论:采用尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞治疗急性进展型脑梗死,可以减轻炎症反应,降低神经受损程度,提高日常生活能力,其疗效显著。Objective To analyze the effect of Uricline combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction and its influence on its inflammatory factors.Methods Eighty patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission time:control group(admitted from February 2019 to February 2020)and observation group(admitted from March 2020 to February 2021),with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Butylphthalide and the observation group was treated with Uricline combined with Butylphthalide.The inflammatory indexes,nerve damage degree,daily living ability and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,tumor necrosis factor(TNF-factor),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),intercellular adhesion molecule 1(SICAM-1)and vascular cell adhesion molecule 1(sVCAM-1)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the ADL score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group’s 72.50%(P<0.05).Conclusion Uricline combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction can reduce inflammatory reaction,reduce the degree of nerve damage,improve the ability of daily life,and has a isgnificant effect.
