小切口去脂联合连续埋线法重睑成形术在不对称双眼皮整形中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口去脂联合连续埋线法重睑成形术在不对称双眼皮整形中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年2月就诊于沈阳杏林整形外科医院整形科的90例不对称双眼皮患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组各45例。试验组患者行小切口去脂、连续埋线联合重睑成形术治疗,对照组患者行常规切开法重睑成形术治疗。比较两组患者的手术指标、患者满意度、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者的术中出血量少于对照组,愈合时间、手术时间短于对照组,总满意度高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口去脂联合连续埋线法重睑成形术治疗不对称双眼皮的操作简单,手术用时短,术中出血量及不良反应少,恢复快,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of small incision fat removal combined with continuous catgut embedding double eyelid plasty in asymmetric eyelid plastic surgery.Methods From January 2018 to February 2020,90 patients with asymmetric double eyelids in the Department of Plastic Surgery in Xinglin Plastic Surgery Hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with small incision fat removal,continuous catgut embedding and double eyelid plasty,while the control group was treated with conventional incision double eyelid plasty.The operation indexes,patient satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,the healing time and operation time were shorter than those in the control group,the total satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Double eyelid plasty with small incision fat removal combined with continuous catgut embedding method for asymmetric double eyelid has the advantages of simple operation,short operation time,less blood loss,less adverse reactions,fast recovery and high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
