高职实习护生专业自我概念对职业获益感的影响研究

摘　　要：目的通过调查高职实习护生专业自我概念对职业获益感的影响,以期提高未来护理队伍的稳定性。方法于2019年6月至9月采用方便抽样方法选取泰山护理职业学院532名护理实习生作为调查对象,进行专业自我概念问卷和职业获益感问卷的调查。结果高职实习护生专业自我概念得分(86.61±10.06)分,职业获益感总分为(120.61±29.45)分;高职实习护生职业获益感的与专业自我概念呈正相关。结论高职实习护生的职业获益感处于中等水平,专业自我概念积极,积极的专业自我概念可以提高护生的职业获益感,高职院校应针对性地引导护生树立积极的专业自我概念,以期提高护生职业获益感,从而稳定护理队伍发展。Objective In order to improve the stability of nursing team in the future,this paper investigated the influence of professional self-concept on perceived professional benefit of nursing students in vocational colleges.Methods From June to September 2019,a total of 532 nursing interns from Taishan Vocational College of Nursing were selected by convenience sampling method,professional self-concept of nurses instrument questionnaire and nurses′perceived professional benefits questionnaire were conducted.Results The score of professional self-concept of nursing students in vocational colleges was(86.61±10.06)points,and the total score of nurses′perceived professional benefits was(120.61±29.45)points.There was a positive correlation between professional self-concept and occupational benefit of nursing students.Conclusion Nurses′professional self-concept was in a positive state,and perceived professional benefits was in the middle level.Nursing educationers should to guide nursing interns to form positive professional self-concept,to inhance the professional benefits and stability of nursing troop.
