摘　　要：交通灯是缓解交通拥堵的重要工具。随着科学技术的发展,交通灯的控制越来越智能化。带流量监控的交通灯控制系统除了能实现一般交通灯所具有的按照设定的时间进行显示和控制交通灯亮灭的功能外,还能实时监测各路口的车流量,实现交通的动态监控。Traffic lights are an important tool to alleviate traffic congestion.With the development of science and technology,the control of traffic lights is becoming more and more intelligent.The traffic light control system with flow monitoring has achieved the general traffic lights.In addition to the function of displaying and controlling the on and off of traffic lights according to the set time,it can also monitor the traffic flow at each intersection in real time to achieve dynamic traffic monitoring.
