摘　　要：因为当前社会对于人才的要求越来越高,所以培养实践应用型人才成为当前的重点。学校应该根据自身定位,以此来研究实践应用型人才的培养方法。3年先讲述《涂料工艺学》课程的研究背景,然后说明《涂料工艺学》课程的教学特点,分析《涂料工艺学》课程的安排,最后说明基于实践应用型人才培养的《涂料工艺学》课程的教学策略,为相关研究人员提供一定的参考。Because the current society has higher and higher requirements for talents,the cultivation of practical talents has become the current focus.Schools should study the training methods of practical talents according to their own positioning.This paper first describes the research background of“coating technology”course,then describes the teaching characteristics of“coating technology”course,analyzes the arrangement of“coating technology”course,and finally explains the teaching strategy of“coating technology”course based on the cultivation of practical talents,so as to provide some reference for relevant researchers.
