绿色金融、产业节能、经济发展的关系研究

摘　　要：绿色经济和环境保护的发展需要资金的有效支撑。鉴于此,研究探讨了绿色金融对经济发展的作用机制以及对产业节能带来的影响,构建了DID计量模型和STR模型,并对绿色金融对经济发展、产业节能之间的关系进行实证分析。实证结果表明,_Diff对应的三项系数分别为-0.0562,0.259,0.0163,GDP方程、GDP增长率、全要素的生产率tfp在模型方程中的交互效应分别为负、正、正,显示出绿色金融对经济增长的影响为反对粗放型的增长方式以及盲目扩大经济规模、一定程度上会降低经济发展速度,重视经济增长的质量。同时,能源节能和绿色信贷两者之间的非线性联动效应具有显著性。由此绿色金融能够引导资金朝着保护环境的产业发展,促进我国经济步入绿色发展的常态局面。the development of green economy and environmental protection needs effective support of funds.In view of this,this paper discusses the mechanism of Green Finance on economic development and its impact on industrial energy conservation,constructs the DID econometric model and STR model,and makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between green finance and economic development and industrial energy conservation.The empirical results show that The three coefficients corresponding to_Diff are-0.0562,0.259 and 0.0163 respectively.The interaction effects of GDP equation,GDP growth rate and tfp in the model equation are negative,positive and positive respectively,which shows that the impact of Green Finance on economic growth is to oppose the extensive growth mode and blindly expand the economic scale.To a certain extent,it will reduce the speed of economic development and attach importance to the development of economic growth Quality.At the same time,according to the results of STR model,the nonlinear linkage effect between energy saving and green credit is significant.Therefore,green finance can guide the development of capital towards the industry of environmental protection,and promote China's economy into the normal situation of green development.
