浸渍纸预固化度的控制及对压贴工艺影响的探讨

摘　　要：通过正交试验分析了浸渍纸生产过程中预固化度的主要影响因素及最佳生产工艺。并给合压贴情况讨论了预固化度对压贴工艺和压贴效果的影响,确定了最佳压贴工艺。Through tests arranged with orthogonal methed,main factors affecting precuring degree of impregnated paper were analyzed,and optimum parameters for prepairng impregnated paper were found out. Furthermore, the influence of the precuring degree on hot press overlaying process and quality of overlaid panels was discussed.
