华蟾素肝动脉推注联合化疗药物热灌注治疗原发性肝癌的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析原发性肝癌在应用肝动脉热化疗栓塞治疗基础上采取华蟾素肝动脉推注的临床价值。方法将医院收治的82例原发性肝癌患者应用随机数表法分为人数相同的两组,一组为采取肝动脉热化疗栓塞治疗的对照组,另一组先采用华蟾素肝动脉推注,随后开展上述治疗,此为研究组,每组41例,就两组治疗效果展开观察。结果两组近期疗效无差异(P>0.05);与对照组比,研究组疼痛发生率更低,无进展生存期及总生存期更高。结论在原发性肝癌患者治疗中,华蟾素肝动脉推注与化疗药物热灌注联合应用可取得短期疗效,并且该治疗方案还能减轻疼痛,延长患者生存期,值得大力推广和引用。Objective To analyze the clinical value of hepatic arterial injection of huabarin on the basis of hepatic arterial chemotherapeutic embolization for primary liver cancer Methods The hospital treated 82 cases of primary liver cancer patients with application of same number of indicator method is divided into two groups at random,a group to take heat from the hepatic artery embolism chemotherapy treatment of the control group,another group of hepatic artery use HuaChan push first,then carry out the above treatment,this is a group,each group of 41 cases,observe two groups of treatment effect.Results There was no difference in short-term efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had lower pain incidence,higher progression-free survival time and overall survival time(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with primary liver cancer,the combination of cinobufagin hepatic artery injection and chemotherapy drug hot perfusion has ideal short-term curative effect,and this treatment scheme can also relieve pain and prolong the life cycle of patients,which is worthy of popularization and reference.
