地图学视角下的公开地图表示要点

摘　　要：为有效维护国家领土主权和地理信息安全,防止“问题地图”的产生,结合公开地图表示的各类注意事项和常见错误,以地图学的视角将公开地图的表示要点进行分类解析。首先,根据地图学的基本理论,将公开地图表示要点分类,并且解析各地理要素的常见表现形式以及在公开地图中的表示要点;之后,针对减少“问题地图”的发生频率、提升地图技术审查工作效率,提出完善标准地图服务系统等建议。本文有助于在公开地图中正确表示国家版图,减少“问题地图”的发生。In order to effectively safeguard national territorial sovereignty and geographic information security,prevent the emergence of problematic map,in this paper,the main points of public map representation from the perspective of cartography were analyzed combining with various precautions and common errors of public map representation.Firstly of all,according to the basic theory of cartography,the main points of public map representation were classified,and the common expression forms of geographical elements and the key points in the public map were analyzed.Secondly,to reduce the occurrence frequency of problematic map and improve the efficiency of map technology review,suggerestion proposed to improve the standard map service system and build the black and white list database of key geographical names.It could can provide technical support for the mapping work in the early stage of cartography,help to correctly represent the national territory in the open map,and reduce the occurrence of problematic map.
