摘　　要：建设大学城是地方发挥高等教育集聚效应的优先发展模式,也是加快区域城市化进程,促进地方经济增长的一条有效途径。宜春市教体新区大学城建设不仅能提高宜春市中心城区的城市化率,而且可以推动宜春市产业结构的转换升级,发展新型服务业,促进文体、旅游业,美化城市形象,提高城市竞争力,有利于区域性中心城市的建成。The construction of college town is the priority development mode of the local higher education agglomeration effect,and is also an effective way to accelerate the regional urbanization process and promote the local economic growth.The construction of the new college town in Yichun can not only improve the urbanization rate of the central city of Yichun,but also promote the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of Yichun,develop new service industry,promote sports and tourism,beautify the image of the city,improve the competitiveness of the city,which is conducive to the building of the regional central city.
