针刀神经触激术结合局部穴位注射治疗面肌痉挛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刀神经触激术结合局部穴位注射治疗面肌痉挛的效果。方法:78例随机分为两组各39例,对照组用针刀神经触激术治疗,研究组用针刀神经触激术结合局部穴位注射治疗。结果:研究组痉挛强度低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组痉挛频度低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗后3个月、9个月复发率均低于对照组,治疗后15d、3个月、9个月总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀神经触激术结合局部穴位注射治疗面肌痉挛效果更好。Objective:To observe the effect of needle-knife nerve contact surgical combined with local acupoint injection in the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Methods:Seventy-eight cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The control group were treated with needle-knife nerve contact surgical,and the study group were treated with needle-knife nerve contact surgical combined with local acupoint injection.Results:The intensity of spasticity of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the frequency of spasticity of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group at the time point of 15 days,3 months,and 9 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle-knife nerve contact surgical combined with local acupoint injection has a better effect on hemifacial spasm.
