摘 要:目的研究皮肤科临床教学中应用翻转课堂联合情景教学的效果。方法选取2017年7月—2020年7月在本院皮肤科实习的临床学生120人,随机分为观察组及对照组,各60名学生。对照组学生使用传统皮肤科临床教学模式开展带教,观察组学生使用翻转课堂联合情景教学进行皮肤科临床教学。对比两组学生的出科成绩以及学生对皮肤科学习的满意度。出科成绩包括理论知识、临床技能、操作考核三部分。学生满意度由科室自制问卷进行。结果观察组学生临床技能、操作考核得分分别为(36.58±3.47)分、(27.89±2.87)分,均明显高于对照组学生得分(P<0.05);观察组学生与对照组学生理论知识考试得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出科考试总成绩观察组学生得分明显高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。观察组学生学习满意度(93.33%)明显高于对照组学生学习满意度(80.00%)(P<0.05)。结论在皮肤科临床教学中,应用翻转课堂联合情景教学效果较佳,有助于提高学生的临床技能及操作能力,且学生满意度较高。Objective To explore the effect of applying flip classroom situational teaching in dermatology clinical teaching.Methods A total of 120 clinical students from July 2017 to July 2020 were selected to practice in dermatology department of our hospital,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 students each.Students in the control group were taught using the traditional dermatology clinical teaching model,observation group students use flip classroom situational teaching for dermatology clinical teaching.The results of the two groups of students were compared,as well as their satisfaction with dermatology.The results include theoretical knowledge,clinical skills and operation assessment.The satisfaction of students was conducted by self-made questionnaire.Results The scores of clinical skills and operation in the observation group were(36.58±3.47)points and(27.89±2.87)points respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of theoretical knowledge examination between the students in observation group and the students in control group(P>0.05).The total score of the students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The learning satisfaction of the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In dermatology clinical teaching,the application of flip classroom scenario teaching has a better effect,which helps to improve students’clinical skills and operation ability,and students’satisfaction is high.
