摘　　要：目的了解医学在职博士在学术论文写作的薄弱之处和学习需求。方法面向华西临床医学院2019级在职博士发送在线问卷,测评其学术道德相关知识,及在学术论文撰写的各环节、主体内容各部分进行难度自评(采用五分制)。使用SPSS对问卷结果进行描述性统计学分析和Spearman及Pearson相关性分析。结果参与本次调查研究的在职博士生共156人,主要由中级职称人员(67.95%,106/156)组成。学术道德相关知识测评中正确率最高的是"伦理审查"主题(55.77%),而正确率最低的题目是"ICMJE"主题(16.67%)。学术论文撰写的步骤中自评难度最高的三项为:"统计分析"(3.79±1.21)分,"论文写作"(3.57±0.97)分,和"英语能力"(3.48±1.06)分。论文主体各部分撰写的自评难度最高的两项是"Discussion"(4.31±2.47)分和"Introduction"(3.06±1.19)分。结论医学在职博士学术培训中应加强国际医学期刊编辑委员会(ICMJE)拟定的各类研究报告指南的解读,规范学术论文内容;进一步重视统计分析方法的培训;学术论文撰写中要突出Discussion和Introduction的写作培训和指导。Objective To explore the learning needs on scientific publication,especially ethical issues and writing skills,from on-the-job doctors of West China School of Medicine.Methods To investigate through online questionnaire,assessing the knowledge about ethical issues and self-evaluating the difficulties of scientific publication(5-ranks scale).SPSS was used for descriptive statistical analysis and Spearman and Pearson correlation analysis.Results Totally 156 on-the-job doctors take part in this investigation,most of them have the middle-rank professional titles(67.95%,106/156).In the assessment of the knowledge about ethical issues,the correct answer rate was highest in terms of ethical review(55.77%),and lowest in terms of ICMJE-related(16.67%).Top three difficulties in scientific publication are statistical analyses(3.79±1.21)points,writing(3.57±0.97)points,and English skills(3.48±1.06)points.And the most difficult parts in writing of a scientific paper are"discussion"(4.31±2.47)points and"introduction"(3.06±1.19)points.Conclusion For on-the-job doctors,provide more interpretation of the reporting guidelines from ICMJE,more training in statistical analyses,more guidance in"discussion"and"introduction"writing of a scientific paper.
