摘  要:现阶段我国儿科临床医学专业学位硕士研究生的培养目标是培养具有实践能力和科研能力的、可适应未来医学科学发展需求的高层次、高素质医学人才。于是,大部分医学院校着力提升研究生的科学意识以及做科学研究的能力,尤其对专业学位研究生的培养更是如此。不断推陈出新才能促进社会前进,不断改革才能推动社会发展,因此,培养研究生要增强学生的科研意识,这样才能激发学生的创新行为,发现问题。儿科学专业学位研究生综合素质与科研创新能力的培养对学生本人、医院和社会都具有重要的现实意义。但我国儿科学专业学位研究生的培养一直处于探索阶段,本文从儿科学专业学位研究生培养的现状出发,介绍了培养过程中存在的问题和应对方式,强调应重视儿科学专业学位研究生基础知识的考核,严把录取关,重视科研能力的培养,同时注重儿科学专业学位研究生培养的过程管理,强化对导师的监督与考核,以此达到培养优秀的临床-科研复合型儿科医学人才的培养目标。At present,the training goal of pediatric clinical medicine postgraduates is to cultivate high-level and high-quality medical talents with practical ability and scientific research ability,which can meet the needs of future medical science development.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen and improve the scientific research consciousness and ability of postgraduates.Innovation is an inexhaustible driving force to promote human development and social progress,and scientific research consciousness can not only provide the basic point for graduate students to innovate,but also stimulate the internal motivation of graduate students’innovative behavior.The cultivation of comprehensive quality and scientific research innovation ability of postgraduates majoring in pediatrics is of great practical significance to students themselves,hospitals and society.However,the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in pediatrics has always been in the exploratory stage.This paper,starting from the current situation of the cultivation,introduces the problems existing in the training process and the coping methods.It emphasizes that we should pay attention to the assessment of the basic knowledge of postgraduates majoring in pediatrics,strictly control the admission,pay attention to the cultivation of scientific research ability,and pay attention to the professional degree research of pediatrics at the same time The process management of postgraduate training should strengthen the supervision and assessment of tutors,so as to achieve the training goal of cultivating excellent clinical scientific research compound pediatric medical talents.
