摘　　要：课程思政是指借助专业课程而进行的思想政治教育活动,旨在挖掘蕴含在专业知识中的德育元素,并将其有机融入专业课程的教学过程中,从而全面实现立德树人的根本任务。全面推进全国高等教育的课程思政建设,就是要将世界观、人生观、价值观等德育元素的引导巧妙地融合于专业知识和技能的培养和锻炼中,帮助学生德智体美劳综合素质的全面培养和提升。《免疫学及免疫学检验技术》是医学检验技术专业的专业基础课程和必修课。将思想政治教育贯穿到《免疫学及免疫学检验技术》课程教学内容设计、授课过程、以及课程的评价考核等各个环节,促进《免疫学及免疫学检验技术》专业课程的教学与学生的思想政治教育的充分对接与有机融合,对于培养高素质高层次的医学检验专业人才具有重要的意义。文章围绕高校"课程思政"建设的原则与路径,对"课程思政"建设过程中存在的问题进行了归纳和概括;并对我校《免疫学及免疫学检验技术》课程思政建设的路径进行简单概述。Ideological and political course refers to the ideological and political education activities carried out with the help of professional courses.It aims to excavate the ideological and political elements contained in the curriculum,and organically integrate them into the teaching process of courses,so as to fully realize the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.To comprehensively promote the curriculum ideological and political construction of national higher education is to skillfully integrate the guidance of moral education elements such as world outlook,outlook on life and values into the cultivation and exercise of professional knowledge and skills,so as to help students comprehensively cultivate and improve their comprehensive quality of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.Immunology and Immunological Techniques is a basic and compulsory course for medical testing technology specialty The ideological and political education should be carried out through the teaching content design,teaching process,evaluation and assessment of the course,so as to promote the full connection and organic integration between the teaching of Immunology and Immunological Techniques and the ideological and political education of students,so as to promote the full connection and organic integration between the Immunology and Immunological Techniques and students’Ideological and political education.It is of great significance to cultivate high-quality and high-level medical laboratory professionals.Based on the principles and paths of the ideological and political construction of curriculum in colleges and universities,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of the construction,and briefly summarizes the path of the ideological and political construction of the course of Immunology and Immunological Techniques in our university.
