摘　　要：目的研究乳腺区段切除联合腋淋巴结清扫术在Ⅰ/Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者的应用效果。方法选择2019年5月—2020年5月本院收治的64例Ⅰ/Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按照手术方式分为对照组(n=32,乳腺区段切除术)、观察组(n=32,乳腺区段切除联合腋淋巴结清扫术),比较手术效果。结果两组手术状况相比,观察组术中出血量较少,手术时间较短,切口长度较短,淋巴结清扫数较多,平均住院时间较短(P<0.05);两组比较,观察组患者生活质量评分较高(P<0.05)。两组比较,观察组并发症发生率较低(P<0.05);两组想比,观察组术后1年存活率较高,复发率与转移率较低(P<0.05)。结论Ⅰ/Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者应用乳腺区段切除联合腋淋巴结清扫术治疗可减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,提高患者术后生活质量。Objective To study the application analysis of mammary gland segment excision with axillary lymph nodes onⅠ/Ⅱstage breast cancer patients.Methods 64Ⅰ/Ⅱstage breast cancer patients in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research object,according to the operation method were divided into the control group(n=32,mammary gland segment excision),the observation group(n=32,mammary gland segment excision with axillary lymph node),and then compared the surgical effect.Results Compared with the operation status of the two groups,the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time,shorter incision length,more lymph node excision,and shorter average length of hospital stay(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);comparison between the two groups showed that the survival rate at 1 year after operation was higher in the observation group,and the recurrence rate and metastasis rate were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of mammary gland segment excision with axillary lymph nodes onⅠ/Ⅱstage breast cancer patients can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time,improve the patients quality of life after surgery.
