摘　　要：农业农村生态环境治理涉及的内容广泛,但现有研究鲜有考虑治理内容和行动类型的差异。论文根据四种物品属性划分方法,将五个领域的环境治理问题进行属性划分,并结合五个典型案例,识别出各类治理内容中农民参与的主要特征,从个体、组织、制度层面分析农民参与不足的成因,归纳出促进农民有效参与的经验,最后提出具有针对性的对策建议。Rural ecological environment governance includes a wide range of contents,but few existing studies consider the differences of governance content and action types.In this study,according to four types of items property division method,the environmental governance problems in five areas are divided into attributes.Combined with five typical cases,the main characteristics of rural residents’participation in various governance contents are identified.The causes of rural residents’insufficient participation are analyzed from the individual,organizational and institutional levels,and the experience of promoting rural residents’effective participation is summarized.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
