摘　　要：城市历史景观计划是联合国教科文组织所倡导的新的城市保护建议书,是伴随着全球化和城市化进程,在世界范围内的城市历史景观遭受着有史以来最严重威胁的大背景下推出的。在该计划实施十周年之际,本文将2005年到2011年期间与城市历史景观计划相关的各种世界遗产委员会大会、专家会议等做了简要回顾,结合其他相关的城市保护宪章、公约等,分析城市历史景观发展的历史脉络,讨论城市历史景观概念的变迁,以期对城市历史景观的历史和理论做简要梳理。The Historic Urban Landscape(HUL)is a new urban protection proposal initiated by UNESCO.It is launched in the context of globalization and urbanization,and the historic urban landscapes of the world are under the most serious threat in history.Taking advantage of the tenth anniversary of the implementation of the plan,this paper briefly reviews the various World Heritage Committee meetings and expert meetings related to HUL plan from 2005 to 2011,analyzes the historical context of the development of HUL,and discusses the changes of the concept of HUL in combination with other relevant urban protection charters and conventions,so as to briefly sorts out the history and theory of HUL.
