摘 要:目的分析临床实习压力在护生感知教师支持与职业认同感中的中介效应。方法纳入本科护理学生328名,采用一般资料调查表、护生临床实习应激量表、护生感知教师支持量表、职业认同感量表进行调查。采用结构方程模型分析临床实习压力在感知教师支持与职业认同感中的中介作用。结果328名护生临床实习压力、感知教师支持、职业认同感得分分别为(45.81±15.46)分、(127.24±21.56)分、(31.69±4.79)分。护生临床实习压力与感知教师支持、职业认同感均呈负相关,职业认同感与感知教师支持呈正相关(P<0.05)。护生临床实习压力在感知教师支持与职业认同感中起部分中介作用。结论降低护生临床实习压力,增加教师支持是提高护生职业认同感的有效途径。Objective To analyze the mediating effect of clinical practice stress between perception of instructor support and professional identity in nursing students.Methods A total of 328 nursing undergraduate students were recruited to carry out a survey using the general information questionnaire,the nursing students′clinical practice stress scale,the nursing students′perception of instructor support scale and the professional identity scale.The structural equation model was employed to analyze the mediating effect of clinical practice stress between perception of instructor support and professional identity.Results Among the 328 nursing students,the scores for clinical practice stress,perception of instructor support,and professional identity were 45.81±15.46,127.24±21.56,and 31.69±4.79,respectively.Nursing students′clinical practice stress negatively correlated with perception of instructor support and professional identity,professional identity positively correlated with perception of instructor support(P<0.05).Clinical practice stress exerted partial mediating effect between perception of instructor support and professional identity in nursing students.Conclusion Reducing nursing students′clinical practice stress and increasing instructor support are effective approaches to improving the professional identity of nursing students.
