摘 要:在DPFC(分布式潮流控制器)结构和运行原理基础上,依据世界首个220 kV DPFC示范工程实际,建立了多级DPFC控制系统架构,提出了“分级启动”和“零压停运”的平滑启停策略。启动策略通过集控系统协调各子模块逐级启动、低直流电压解锁,减少系统功率波动,通过集控与多级阀控系统的信息交互减少整体启动时间。停运策略控制各级子模块先下降输出电压为零后再闭锁停运,降低停运冲击至最小。湖州示范工程的现场试验结果表明,启停策略可分散减少多级子模块DPFC启动时的有功波动幅值,使正常停运过程中几乎没有冲击影响。In view of the structure and operation principle of DPFC(distributed power flow controller),the paper builds multi-series distributed power flow controllers based on the first 220 kV DPFC pilot project in the world,and proposes a smooth startup and shutdown strategy of'graded startup'and'zero voltage shutdown'.The startup strategy coordinates each sub-module to startup step by step and unlock under lower DC voltage through the centralized control system to reduce the overall startup time through the information interaction between the centralized control and the multi-series valve control systems.The shutdown strategy controls the sub-modules to reduce the output voltage to zero before stopping operation to reduce the impact to the minimum.The field test results of the Huzhou DPFC pilot project show that the strategies proposed can reduce the active fluctuation amplitude in the case of multi-series DPFC startup and minimize the impact during the normal shutdown process.
