中国灾害学科的发展态势研究:基于文献统计分析的视角

摘　　要：基于中国知网(CNKI)数据库,运用多种数理统计方法和分析软件,从公开发表的学术论文,关键词、作者和发表论文的期刊等维度,分析了中国灾害学科近30 a来的发展态势。结果表明:①近30 a来,灾害已经成为了我国学术界和社会关注的热点问题,发表灾害文章的期刊种类众多(目前已有5977种)。但是,以灾害研究为主题的学术刊物不多,影响较大的学术刊物只有《灾害学》《自然灾害学报》和《中国地质灾害与防治学报》三种。②我国灾害研究的作者甚多,目前逐渐形成了7个影响比较大的研究团队和许多小团队。但不同学术团队,不同作者之间学术联系较弱,灾害研究尚处于各自为阵的格局。③我国灾害研究的主题多种多样,关键词多达267个,其中“地质灾害”“滑坡”“泥石流”“气象灾害”等自然灾害的成因机制、风险评估和监测预警等问题的研究,长期以来一直就是我国灾害研究的主流。近年来防治措施和防灾减灾等灾害管理方面的研究逐渐成为了研究的热点。④目前我国灾害研究和发展存在有明显的缺陷:长期偏重于单一灾种,各部门灾害的研究分兵把守;灾害的社会科学研究以及灾害综合性和理论基础研究非常薄弱;学科地位不高,缺乏高水平学科成果平台(权威学术期刊)支撑,整体研究队伍力量仍然不足,综合性的灾害研究团队太少。为推进我国灾害科学的健康发展,充分发挥其在减灾防灾事业中的理论指导作用。当前应该提高灾害科学的学科地位,建议在交叉学科门类下设置“灾害科学与技术”一级学科;积极鼓励和扶持不同研究方向的研究团队的建设,加强学术交流,形成更多的多学科或综合的灾害研究团队和研究中心;加强灾害基础理论的研究,尤其是灾害的人文和社会属性的研究,只有这样灾害学科发展才有坚实的基础。Based on the database of China Knowledge Network,using a variety of mathematical statistics methods and analysis software,we analyze the development situation of disaster discipline in China in the past 30 years from the dimensions of published academic papers,keywords,authors and journals.The results show that:(1)In the past 30 years,disaster has become a hot issue concerned by academia and society in China,and there are many journals publishing disaster articles(5977 journals).However,there are few academic journals on the subject of disaster research.“Journal of Catastrophology”and“Journal of Natural Disasters”and“The China Journal of Geological Hazard and Control”are influential academic journals on disaster science in China.(2)There are many contributors of papers on disaster in China.At present,seven major research teams and many small groups have been gradually formed,but the academic relationship between different academic teams and different authors is weak.Disaster research is still in its own pattern.(3)Themes of disaster research on disaster are enormous in China,with 267 key words.Among them,researches on the cause mechanism,risk assessment,monitoring and early warning of natural disasters such as“geological disaster”,“landslide”,“debris flow”and“meteorological disaster”have been the mainstream of disaster research in China for a long time.In recent years,the research on disaster management such as prevention and control measureshas gradually become the focus of recent research.(4)At present,there are obvious defects in disaster research and development in China,that disaster researches have been focused on a single naturalhazard;hazard researches in various departments are guarded separately;and disaster researches on social science,comprehensive and theoretical basic study are very weak;discipline status is not high,lack of high-level discipline achievement platform(authoritative academic journals)support;the strength of the overall research team is still insufficient,an
