摘 要:目的构建具有最优房室选择机制的药代动力学软件分析系统。方法首先,运用残数法对拟分析的血药浓度序列进行阶数递增的房室模型拟合,在此基础上,根据拟合结果自动确定最优的房室数量;然后,基于Gauss-Newton迭代法估计最优房室模型的参数;最后,采用F检验法验证最优房室模型的有效性和可信性;新系统的编程工具为Microsoft Visual Studio 2015的C++语言。结果实例表明新研制的系统可准确析出最优的房室数量,并精确计算出对应的药代动力学参数。结论新研制的系统具有操作简便和计算准确的特点,且可对药物的代谢过程进行高效建模与分析,从而有效降低药物工作者的劳动强度及提升工作效能。Objective To construct a pharmacokinetic software analysis system with optimal atrioventricular selection mechanism.Methods Firstly,the residual method was used to fit the atrioventricular model with increasing order,on this basis,the optimal atrioventricular number was automatically determined according to the fitting results;Then,the parameters of the optimal atrioventricular model were estimated based on Gauss Newton iterative method;Finally,the validity and credibility of the optimal atrioventricular model were verified byFtest;The new system′s programming tool was C++language of Microsoft Visual Studio 2015.Results The results show that the new system can accurately separate out the optimal number of atrioventricular and accurately calculate the corresponding pharmacokinetic parameters.Conclusion The newly developed system has the characteristics of simple operation and accurate calculation,and can effectively model and analyze the metabolic process of drugs,thus effectively reducing the labor intensity of pharmaceutical workers and improving the work efficiency.
