双眼视觉训练治疗间歇性外斜视对患者生活质量及立体视觉的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨双眼视觉训练治疗间歇性外斜视对悲者生活质量及立体视觉的影响。方法2017年7月至2019年9月间歇性外斜视且接受双眼视觉训练患者42例。双眼视觉训练患者接受为期6个月,1次/周,持续60 min的引导训练和5次/周,20 min/次家庭训练。采用中文版.间歇性外斜视生活质量评估量表(CIXTQ)评估患者接受双眼视觉训练前1周、训练3.6个月后的生活质量。通过Titmus立体视觉检查图评估患者行双眼视觉训练前1周、训练3、6个月后的近立体视觉。结果双眼视觉训练3、6个月后患者CIXTQ量表评分为(64.62±8.87)分、(65.88±8.45)分,与训练前1周(51.57±7.19)分相比均有明显提高。差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。双眼视觉训练3、6月后患者的立体视锐度与训练前1周比较均明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论双眼视觉训练可以有效捉高间歇性外斜视患者的生活质量及立体视觉。Objective To asess the efct on qualiy of life and near stereoacuity in paients with itrmittent exotropia by binocular visual training Methods Retrospective case-seris study.42 patients with intemittent exotropia who received binocular visual training in the First Afiliated Hospital of Huzhou Univerity were included im this study from July 2017 to September 2019.Patients receved binocular visual training performned by a tmined thernpist during a weekly 60-minute office visit and additional procedures to be adnministered at home for 20 minutes a day.5 times per week for 6 months.The scores of Chinese version of the intermittent exotropia questionnaire(CIXTQ)and near stereoacuity were performed before binocular visual training and compared to resuls at 3 and 6 months afier binocular visual training.Data were stasially analyzed by independent samples t test,one-way repeated measures ANOVA and chi-square test.Results The CIXTQ scors of patients with intermittent exotropia at 3 months and 6 months after binoculr visual training were satistial significantly higher than that at 1 week Pre-training(P<0.001).The neat stereoacuity of all patients after 3 months and 6 months of binocular vision training were signifcantly improved compared with that I week before training(P<0.001).Conclusion The binocular vision training is ffective in the treatment of itermittent exotropia.which can efctively improwe the quality of life and improve the near stereoscopic vision.
