黑格尔法哲学视域中家庭伦理思想及其当代意蕴

摘　　要：黑格尔法哲学视域中的家庭伦理思想具有三个维度:从个体到实体是爱的统一、从内容到本质是精神的传承、从实体到主体是独立性的展开,体现着黑格尔法哲学中的家庭伦理思想。黑格尔法哲学视域中的家庭伦理思想对当代社会具有重要的意蕴指向,即家庭"共同体之爱"形成美满幸福的家庭、在家庭精神中传承中华民族优秀文化、在中西对比中构建和谐家庭以及家庭助推整个社会体系的稳定运转。The family ethics thought in Hegel’s philosophy of law has three dimensions:from individual to entity is the unity of love,from content to essence is the inheritance of spirit,from entity to subject is the development of independence,which reflects the family ethics thought in Hegel’s philosophy of law.From the perspective of Hegel’s philosophy of law,family ethics has important implications for the contemporary society,that is,the family“community love”forms a happy family,inherits the excellent culture of the Chinese nation in the family spirit,constructs a harmonious family in the contrast between China and the West,and the family promotes the operation of the whole social system.
