摘　　要：目的探讨不同因素对管碟法测定磷霉素效价中抑菌圈质量的影响,以提高测定结果的准确性。方法按中国药典2020年版四部通则1201要求,逐一分析磷霉素效价测定过程中对抑菌圈质量产生影响的因素。结果对影响抑菌圈质量的因素进行归纳分析,并提出了相应的控制方法。结论使用管碟法测定磷霉素类品种时,将影响抑菌圈的质量的因素控制好,才能确保效价测定结果的准确可靠。Objective To probe the influence of different factors on bacteriostatic zone quality of fosfomycin titer by the cylinder-plate method,so as to improve the veracity of determination.Methods According to Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2020)VolumeⅣGeneral Chapters 1201,the influence factors of bacteriostatic zone quality for fosfomycin titer were analyzed one by one.Results The influence factors of bacteriostatic zone quality were summarized and analyzed,and the corresponding control methods were proposed.Conclusion During the determination of fosfomycin titer by the cylinder-plate method,in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of titer determination results,the factors affecting the quality of bacteriostatic zone must be controlled well.
