摘　　要：目的:测量乌鲁木齐个别正常牙[牙合]成年男女性Jarabak头影测量值,为正畸治疗提供正畸正常范围参考值。方法:调查2019-11-01~2020-12-30调查乌鲁木齐地区就诊成人2000例,其中收集正常牙[牙合]为74例,选取符合纳入标准的三代以内定居于乌鲁木齐的个别正常牙[牙合]成年男性、女性各20例,并拍摄头颅侧位片,测量Jarabak测量指标共31项,对性别差异进行独立样本t检验。结果:乌鲁木齐个别正常牙[牙合]成年男女性在牙性指标中下颌中切牙切点距离骨性面平面NP垂直距离有统计学差异;骨性测量值标中Bjork和、下颌平面与前颅底平面交角、前颅底长度、后颅底长度、面深度以及前后面高均有统计学差异。结论:乌鲁木齐个别正常牙[牙合]成年男女性中,女性下切牙较男性更加唇倾。女性下颌骨较男性有更明显的逆时针旋转的趋势。Objective:The objective of this study is to evaluate the Jarabak analysis of adults with normal occlusion in Urumqi to provide orthodontists with normal reference range of normal occlusion males and females in Urumqi.Methods:A total of 2000 subjects in Urumqi region from November 2019 to December 2020,and to collect 74 adults with normal occlusion,in the end 40 subjects were randomly selected(20 males and 20 females)within three generation of which settled in Urumqi.X-ray cephalometric lateral films were taken for each selected sample and a total of 31 Jarabak indicators were measured.The independent sample t test was performed for gender differences.Results:There were statistically significant differences in NP vertical distance from the cutting point of mandibular incisor of the Urumqi males and females with individual normal occlusion.Bjork Sum,SN-GoMe,anterior cranial base,posterior cranial base,facial depth,PFH and AFH were statistically differences in the bone measurement indexes.Conclusion:Compare with gender,female lower incisors more proclination than males in the Urumqi adult male and female with individual normal occlusion.The female mandible has more significantly tendency of counterclockwise rotation than the male mandible.
