职业幸福感在军队医院护士社会支持与生活质量间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:调查军队医院护士社会支持、职业幸福感及生活质量的现状,探讨职业幸福感在社会支持与生活质量间的中介作用,为提升军队医院护士生活质量提供依据。方法:采用一般资料调查表、社会支持评定量表、医务工作者职业幸福感量表、SF-36生活质量量表对396名军队医院护士进行调查,使用AMOS软件建立中介模型、Bootstrap法进行验证。结果:军队医院护士社会支持、职业幸福感、生活质量得分分别为(39.36±8.32)分、(78.05±16.22)分、(71.28±14.59)分;相关分析显示,社会支持、职业幸福感、生活质量两两之间呈正相关(P<0.01);中介模型检验表明,职业幸福感在社会支持与生活质量间的中介作用显著,效应值0.37,效应量45.68%。结论:社会支持可通过职业幸福感的中介作用间接作用于生活质量,应给予军队医院护士更多社会支持,提升职业幸福感,从而提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the status of social support,occupational well-being and quality of life of nurses in military hospitals,and to explore the intermediary role of occupational well-being between social support and quality of life,and to provide a basis for improving the quality of life of military hospital nurses.Methods:A total of 396 military hospital nurses was conducted using the general information questionnaire,social support assessment scale,medical worker occupational well-being scale,and SF-36 quality of life scale.The intermediary model was established using AMOS software and verified using Bootstrap method.Results:The scores of social support,occupational well-being and quality of life of nurses in military hospitals were(39.36±8.32),(78.05±16.22)and(71.28±14.59).Correlation analysis showed that there is a positive correlation between social support,occupational well-being and quality of life(P<0.01).The intermediary model test showed that occupational well-being has a significant intermediary role between social support and quality of life,with an effect value of 0.37 and an effect size of 45.68%.Conclusion:Social support can indirectly affect the quality of life through the mediating role of occupational well-being.Military hospital nurses should be given more social support to enhance occupational well-being and thereby improve the quality of life.
