摘　　要：目的分析2016—2020年四川省农村妇女宫颈癌检查项目检出情况,为省、市、县级宫颈癌实施方案制定和质量控制提供参考。方法全省183个县(市、区)按照省卫生健康委要求和各地实施方案开展宫颈癌筛查,并通过妇幼重大公共卫生服务项目信息直报系统完成项目信息收集、录入、审核和报送,并对检出结果进行统计分析;采用SPSS 19.0软件进行频数分析及χ^(2)检验。结果2016—2020年,宫颈癌检查项目结案人数的4896458人中,检出宫颈癌前病变6146人,检出率为125.52/10万,检出宫颈癌743人,检出率为15.17/10万;早诊率为92.92%。结论通过项目实施,早诊率逐年提高,项目地区宫颈癌检出能力得到提升。Objective To analyze the detection of cervical cancer in rural women in Sichuan Province from 2016 to 2020,and to provide reference for the development of cervical cancer implementation programs and quality control at provincial,municipal and county levels.Methods A total of 183 counties(cities and districts)carried out cervical cancer screening in accordance with the requirements of the provincial health commission and the implementation plan of each region,and collected,entered,reviewed and reported the project information through the direct reporting system of major public health service projects for women and children.Statistical analysis of the detection results was performed.SPSS19.0 software was used for frequency analysis and chi-square test.Results From 2016 to 2020,among the 4896458 people who closed the cervical cancer screening project,6146 cervical precancerous lesions were detected,with the detection rate of 125.52/100000,and 743 cervical cancers were detected,with the detection rate of 15.17/100,000.The early diagnosis rate was 92.92%.Conclusion Through the project implementation,the early diagnosis rate has been improved year by year,and the cervical cancer detection capacity in the project area is enhanced.
