摘  要:表面增强拉曼散射技术(SERS)与光子晶体光纤(PCF)相结合具有很多普通表面增强拉曼散射光纤传感器没有的独特的优势,它可以很灵活的设计,而且抗干扰。因此在检测领域,尤其是食品安全检测领域备受关注,在简要阐述当今食品安全的重要性基础上,详细介绍了SERS技术与PCF SERS技术的原理、结构与分类、特点及在食品安全检测领域中的应用进展,并总结了PCF SERS技术在食品安全检测的优势及其发展趋势,为今后PCF SERS技术在食品安全检测领域的研究提供了思路。The combination of surface-enhanced Raman scattering technology( SERS) and photonic crystal fiber( PCF) has many unique advantages that ordinary surface-enhanced Raman scattering optical fiber sensors do not have. It can be designed flexibly and is resistant to interference. Therefore,it has attracted much attention in the field of testing,especially in the field of food safety testing. Based on a brief description of the importance of food safety today,the principle,structure,classification and characteristics of SERS technology and PCF SERS technology are introduced in detail,as well as in the field of food safety testing. It also summarizes the advantages of PCF SERS technology in food safety testing and its development trend,and provides ideas for future research on PCF SERS technology in the field of food safety testing.
