摘  要:综述了静电除尘技术的发展现状,表明了传统静电除尘技术具有除尘效果好、易操作、阻力小、较低能耗等优势特点,但对于颗粒物的脱除往往具有局限性,目前存在粘性及含油颗粒物脱除困难的问题。指出了雾化电晕放电技术的研究背景及其优势,阐述了雾化静电除尘技术的原理、特点和研究现状。介绍了静电除尘技术的主要影响因素:①放电极形式:在高温高压的条件下更适用于圆线;而芒刺线对于高浓度的粉尘,收尘效率较高;②温度通过改变电流、电压及其粉尘比电阻的大小而影响除尘效率;③电导率大的放电极材料电晕电流越大,除尘效率越高。并对传统静电除尘技术和雾化静电除尘技术的各影响因素进行了浅析,为优化除尘设备及提高除尘效率提供思路和借鉴。With the development of industrialization,the electrostatic dust removal technology is reviewed,and it shows that traditional electrostatic dust removal technology has the advantages of good dust removal effect,easy operation,low resistance and low energy consumption.However,the removal of particulate matter often has limitations.At present,there are problems in the removal of sticky and oily particulate matter.The research background and advantages of atomized corona discharge technology are pointed out,and the principle,characteristics and research status of atomized electrostatic dust removal technology are explained.The main influencing factors of electrostatic dust removal technology are introduced:①The form of discharge electrode:it is more suitable for round wire under the condition of high temperature and high pressure;while the barbed wire has higher dust collection efficiency for high concentration dust;②The temperature affects the dust removal efficiency by changing the current,voltage and the specific resistance of dust;③The higher the corona current of the discharge electrode material with higher conductivity,the higher the dust removal efficiency.Also analyzes the influencing factors of traditional electrostatic dust removal technology and atomized electrostatic dust removal technology to provide ideas and references for optimizing dust removal equipment and improving dust removal efficiency.
