摘 要:汽车车身装焊是车身制造的重要组成部分,车身焊装线的设计质量对于车身的装焊质量和产量具有很重要的意义。主要阐述了T701驾驶室焊装线工艺设计依据、共平台柔性化基准、线体布置形式、瓶颈工序的机器人布置及工时节拍提升等,通过综合平衡生产量纲、产品结构、工艺场地、工装设备以及投资费用,提出了全平台4个车身的柔性化混流方案,并为后续变种车型预留了扩容带宽,达到了良好的效果。Auto motive body welding is an important part of auto body manufacture.The design quality of auto motive body welding line is very important to the welding quality and production of auto motive body.This paper mainly describes the basis of process design of T701 cab welding line,the flexible reference of common platform,the layout form of line,the layout of robot in bottleneck process and the increase of man-hour and beat.By comprehensively balancing the production dimension,product structure,process site,tooling and equipment as well as investment costs,this paper proposes a flexible mixed-flow scheme for the 4 T701 bodies of the whole platform,and the bandwidth of capacity expansion is reserved for the follow-up variants,good results have been achieved.
