高职学生劳动观现状及劳动教育有效路径探讨——以嘉兴职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：劳动是促进人的全面发展的有效途径。加强新时代高职院校劳动教育,对于实现高职学生全面发展、实现立德树人、服务中华民族伟大复兴具有重要的现实意义。通过对当前高职学生劳动观现状的调查,结合习近平“劳动观”思想深刻内涵及时代要求,本文提出了高职学生劳动教育的对策与措施,旨在培养学生正确的劳动价值观和良好劳动品质,更好地发挥高职院校劳动育人的功能,为实现中国梦培养更多高质量的技术技能人才。Labor is an effective way to promote people s all-round development.Strengthening labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new era is of great practical significance to realize the all-round development of higher vocational students,to establish morality and cultivate people,and to serve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Through the investigation of the current situation of higher vocational students view of labor,combined with the profound connotation of Xi Jinping s thought of“view of labor”and the requirements of the times,this paper puts forward the tactics of higher vocational students labor education.The aim is to cultivate students correct labor values and good labor quality,give better play to the function of labor education in higher vocational colleges,and train more high-quality technical and skilled talents for the realization of“Chinese Dream”.
