摘　　要：探索建设更加人性化、规范化的高校学生生活园区,是教育体制改革背景下各大高校面临的一个紧迫性的任务。目前,高校学生生活园区建设受到了参与主体局限、建设方式局限和建设内容局限等多方面因素的影响与制约。高校应从高校学生生活园区建设与发展过程中出现的短板和瓶颈出发,抓住生活园区这一开展隐性思想政治教育的重要平台,联动高校各部门,形成共治局面,达到增效目标;通过建设方法更加创新、内容更加多元,主体力量更加凸显,以及有针对性的手段落实,实现全员育人。The construction of a more humane and standardized life zone for college students is an urgent task faced by colleges and universities in the context of education system reform.At present,the construction of college students life park is restricted by many factors,such as the limitation of the participants,the construction method,and the construction content.Starting from the shortcomings and bottlenecks in the construction and development of college students life parks,seize the life park,an important platform for carrying out implicit ideological and political education,and link up various departments of universities to form a co-governance situation and achieve the goal of efficiency increase.Through more innovative construction methods,more diversified content,more prominent main body strength,and implementation of targeted methods,all employees are educated.
