摘　　要：目的通过对成都市新都区5060名65岁及以上的社区老年人群进行中医体质辨识调查,分析老年人的体质类型特征及分布规律,为老年人群疾病防治、中医养生保健、健康教育等方面提供流行病学调查数据支持。方法根据中华中医药学会《中医体质分类与判定》,采用调查问卷方法实施中医体质辨识,并研究开发出中医体质辨识问卷调查手机APP。结果本调查研究显示,平和质2760名(54.55%);8种偏颇体质2300名(45.45%)。偏颇体质患者中痰湿质862名(17.04%)、阴虚质406名(8.02%)、阳虚质367名(7.25%)和湿热质303名(5.99%)为此次调查老年人群的主要体质类型。不同体质老年人群年龄、婚姻状况和职业分布比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患有高血压、糖尿病等5种常见慢性病人群体质类型构成不同(P<0.001)。结论本研究揭示了成都市新都区老年人群的体质类型特点和分布规律及5种常见慢性病人群体质类型构成。针对不同体质人群进行健康指导和健康管理,使其改善偏颇体质,防止疾病发生发展,从而提高老年人的生活质量。Objective Through the investigation of TCM constitution classification of 5060 elderly people aged 65 and above in Xindu district of Chengdu,the characteristics and distribution of TCM constitution types of the elderly were analyzed,so as to provide epidemiological data for disease prevention and treatment,TCM health care and health education for the aged.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out to identify TCM constitution according to Classification and Determination of Constitution in TCM issued by China Association of Chinese Medicine.A mobile APP for TCM constitution identification was developed.Results It was revealed that,of the elderly people investigated,there were 2760(54.55%)with mild constitution,and 2300(45.45%)with eight kinds of biased constitution.Phlegm-dampness(862 cases,17.04%),Yin-deficiency(406 cases,8.02%),Yang-deficiency(367 cases,7.25%),and dampness-heat(303 cases,5.99%)were the main biased constitution types of the elderly population in this survey.There were significant differences in age,marital status and occupations among elderly people with different constitutions(P<0.05).The constitution types of elderly people suffering from each of the 5 common chronic diseases,such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus,were different(P<0.001).Conclusion This survey reveals the characteristics and distribution of TCM constitution types of the elderly people in Xindu district,as well as the constitution types of elderly people suffering from each of the 5 common chronic diseases.Health guidance and health management accordingly for elderly people with certain TCM constitution to improve their biased constitution,prevent the occurrence and development of diseases,so as to promote their quality of life.
