摘　　要：目的探讨金龙胶囊在宫颈癌术后调强放疗(IMRT)复发转移中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月赣州市肿瘤医院收治的60例宫颈癌术后患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者采用IMRT方案治疗,观察组在IMRT的基础上加金龙胶囊治疗。比较两组近期临床治疗效果、Karnofsky功能状态(KPS)评分、免疫细胞指标、不良反应发生情况等。结果观察组的近期临床治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的KPS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的KPS评分高于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的KPS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的免疫细胞指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组免疫细胞指标优于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组免疫细胞指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组急性放射性肠炎、放射性膀胱炎及骨髓抑制发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金龙胶囊联合IMRT治疗宫颈癌术后患者,具有提高近期临床治疗效果、增强患者免疫功能、减轻不良反应及提高生存质量等作用,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of Jinlong Capsules in the recurrence and metastasis examined by intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)after cervical cancer surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with postoperative cervical cancer who were admitted to Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with IMRT regimen,and the observation group was treated with Jinlong Capsule on the basis of IMRT.The recent clinical treatment effects,Karnofsky functional status(KPS)score,immune cell indicators,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The short-term clinical treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the KPS scores of the two groups of patients(P<0.05);after treatment,the KPS scores of the two groups of patients were higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,The KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in immune cell indicators between the two groups of patients(P<0.05);after treatment,the immune cell indicators in the observation group were better than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,The immune cell indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of acute radiation enteritis,radiation cystitis and bone marrow suppression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were stat
