摘　　要：面肌痉挛是一种临床常见的脑神经疾病,为临床上难治疾病之一。近年来,针灸治疗在面肌痉挛的临床疗效上取得了显著的进展,然而传统针刺手法在治疗本病中疗效欠佳。杨文辉教授在治疗面肌痉挛方面有着独特的见解,他将本病病机归结为虚风内动、阴阳失衡。在临床上擅长通过调奇经八脉中跷脉、维脉来达到平衡阴阳的目的。庄子齐教授在传承杨文辉教授经验的基础上,创新性地提出了“通经络、通脏腑、通元神”三通针法治疗面肌痉挛,取得了较好的临床疗效。本文介绍杨文辉教授治疗面肌痉挛的临床经验总结以及庄子齐教授的临床经验发挥,为该疾病的治疗提供一种新的思路。Hemifacial spasm(HFS)is a kind of common clinical cerebral nerve disease,which is one of the refractory clinical diseases.In recent years,acupuncture-moxibustion has made remarkable progress of clinical efficacy in the treatment of HFS,however,the traditional acupuncture manipulation in the treatment of this disease has unsatisfactory therapeutic effect.Professor YANG Wen-Hui has his unique view on the treatment of HFS.He attributed the pathogenesis to the stirring of internal wind in a deficiency condition and the imbalance between yin and yang.In clinical practice,Professor YANG Wen-Hui is good at adjusting middle Qiao channel and Wei channel of the extra eight channels for achieving the purpose of balancing yin and yang.On the basis of inheriting the experience of Professor YANG Wen-Hui,the mentor Professor Zhuang Zi-Qi innovatively proposed the Three-way acupuncture method of“dredging meridians,promoting viscera and regulating mental”for the treatment of HFS,which achieved preferable clinical effect.This article introduces Professor YANG Wen-Hui’s clinical experience in the treatment of HFS and Professor Zhuang Zi-Qi’s new clinical experience,provides a new idea for the treatment of the disease.
