摘　　要：第一掌背动脉皮瓣是修复拇指创面最常用的方法。随着解剖学的发展,第一掌背动脉各分支血管参与的皮瓣已广泛应用于临床,但对其未见全面且详细的解剖阐述。本文就第一掌背动脉分型、各分支血管参与的皮瓣的解剖进行综述,为临床应用提供一定参考。The first dorsal metacarpal artery flap is the most commonly used method to repair thumb wound.With the development of anatomy,the flap with branches of the first dorsal metacarpal artery has been widely used in clinic.However,there is no comprehensive and detailed anatomical description of the flap involved in the branches of the first dorsal metacarpal artery.In this paper,the classification of the first dorsal metacarpal artery and the anatomy of the flap involved by each branch blood vessel are reviewed,which provides some reference for clinical application.
