摘  要:通过对目前国内公开发表的国际组织相关主题文章进行统计和分析,说明了加强相关学科的基础理论研究对国际组织人才培养的知识体系支持在当前阶段的必要性,同时重点结合政治学学科下的高校国际组织人才培养薄弱环节和需要突破的路径予以了论证。认为新文科建设战略规划的提出是我国高校国际组织人才培养的新契机,同时也意味着对相关人才培养体系的更高要求。相关高校必须充分发挥学科优势,定位于培养熟悉国际组织运行规律和多边外交规则的青年人才,形成充足持久的人才储备机制,而不是以培养专门技术型人才为目标,是今后开展相关工作应当明确的方向。Based on the statistics and analysis of the articles on international organizations published in China,this paper shows that it is necessary to strengthen the research of related disciplines to support the knowledge system of international organizations talent training at the current stage.It focuses on the weak links of talent training in international organizations under the discipline of political science and the path to be broken through.The paper holds that the strategic planning of New Liberal Arts construction is a new opportunity for the talent training of international organizations in Chinese universities,and also means higher requirements for the relevant talent training system.It is crucial for the related universities to give full play to the advantages of disciplines,cultivate young talents who are familiar with the operation rules of international organizations and multilateral diplomatic rules,and form a sufficient and lasting talent reserve mechanism,rather than training specialized technical talents as the goal.It is the clear direction of relevant work in future.
