摘 要:在对滚动轴承振动机理、故障信号特征进行分析的基础上,提出粗精结合的电主轴轴承故障诊断方法。应用这一方法,采用时域参数法对轴承的运行状态进行粗略诊断,及时发现被测轴承故障情况,并排除隐患。通过对轴承故障特征频率进行计算,结合频域分析,进行精细诊断,以判断轴承的故障类型与故障原因,确定发生故障的具体元件及故障程度。对电主轴进行拆卸,并对电主轴轴承进行解体,检查轴承内部元件的情况,由此验证粗精结合的电主轴轴承故障诊断方法的有效性和准确性。Based on the analysis of rolling bearing vibration mechanism and fault signal characteristics,a coarse and fine fault diagnosis method of motorized spindle bearing was proposed.This method adopts the time domain parameter method to make a rough diagnosis of the running state of the bearing,find the fault of the tested bearing in time,and eliminate hidden danger.Through the frequency calculation of the bearing fault signature,combined with the frequency domain analysis,a fine diagnosis is carried out to determine the fault type and cause of the bearing,and determine the specific broken-down component and the degree of the fault.The motorized spindle was disassembled,and the motorized spindle bearing was disassembled,and the internal components of the bearing were inspected,thereby verifying the effectiveness and accuracy of the coarse and fine fault diagnosis method of motorized spindle bearing.
