摘　　要：为促进学生综合能力得到真实有效提高,通过分析知识不连贯、过程评价忽略等弱化课程设计质量的因素,提出能力提升与过程评价融合措施,探索实现课程设计目的、培养应用型新工科人才的教学改革。For promoting the real and effective improvement of students'comprehensive abilites,the factors that weaken the quality of course design such as the incoherence of knowledge and the neglect of process evaluation are analyzed,and the measures of fusing process evaluation and capability promotion are proposed for exploration on teaching reform of realizing the aim of course design and cultivating applied talents of new engineering.
