电针联合脑循环治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针联合脑循环治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的临床试验设计方案,将2018年2月至2020年9月就诊于青浦区中医医院门诊的55例肝阳上亢型偏头痛患者,分为治疗组28例采用电针联合脑循环治疗,对照组27例采用单纯针刺治疗,治疗4个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果2组治疗后偏头痛持续时间、月发作次数、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及头痛积分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后偏头痛月均发作次数及VAS评分均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为89.3%、63.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针联合脑循环治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛在改善偏头痛月均发作次数及VAS评分方面优于单纯针刺治疗。Objective To observe the clinical effects of electro⁃acupuncture combined with cerebral circulation in treatment of liver⁃yang hyperactivity migraine.Methods Our study was a randomized controlled clinical trial,in which 55 patients with liver⁃yang hyperactivity migraine treated in the outpatient of the hospital from February 2018 to September 2020 were divided into the treatment group(n=28)and the control group(n=27).The former was treated with electro⁃acupuncture combined with cerebral circulation,while the latter was simply treated with acupuncture.Evaluations were made on the curative effects in both groups after 4 courses of treatment.Results There was statistical significance in curative effects when comparisons within the group were made before and after treatment,however,no statistical significance could be seen in the improvement of headache duration(h)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores when comparisons were made between the groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the average number of monthly migraine attacks and VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly less or lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total ef⁃fective rates of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 89.3%and 63%,without statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Electro⁃acupuncture combined with cerebral circulation in treatment of liver⁃yang hyperactivity migraine could a⁃chieve better effects in the improvement of headache duration(h)and scores when compared with those of simple acupuncture.
