摘 要:序列相似家族19成员5(FAM19A5),也称为TAFA5,是序列相似家族19的成员之一,主要在中枢神经系统中表达。研究发现,FAM19A5在调节细胞的增殖与迁移活动,调控细胞内信号转导发挥作用,在基因或蛋白水平上参与了遗传性疾病、退行性疾病及炎性疾病的发生发展。尽管已发现FAM19A5与神经系统疾病有关,但关于其在大脑中功能的信息尚有限。该文旨在总结FAM19A5在神经系统疾病中的进展。Family with sequence similarity 19 member A5(FAM19A5),also known as TAFA5,is a member of the fami⁃ly with sequence similarity 19 and is mainly expressed in the central nervous system.Studies have shown that FAM19A5 plays a role in regulating cell proliferation and migration and intracellular signal transduction and is involved in the develop⁃ment and progression of hereditary diseases,degenerative diseases,and inflammatory diseases at the gene or protein level.Although it has been found that FAM19A5 is associated with nervous system diseases,there is still limited information on its function in the brain.This article summarizes the research advances in FAM19A5 in nervous system diseases.
