摘 要:以石蜡作为芯材,以有机硅改性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)作为壁材制备了相变微胶囊(MicroPCMs)。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热分析、热重分析等方法分析了MicroPCMs的产物成分、表观形貌、储热能力和热稳定性。结果表明,随着含硅聚氨酯预聚体含量的提高,MicroPCMs表面逐渐趋于致密和光滑,相变焓和石蜡含量也随之提高,最优时熔融焓达98.6 J/g,结晶焓达97.9 J/g,石蜡质量分数达70.3%,耐热性也随之提高,最优时第一阶段和第二阶段最大分解速率温度分别为335.6℃和442.1℃。Micro phase change microcapsules(MicroPCMs)were prepared by using paraffin as core material and silicone modified polymethacrylate(PMMA)as capsule shell.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron micros-copy(SEM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetric(TG)analysis were used to analyze the composition,morphology,thermal storage capacity and thermal stability of MicroPCMs.The results show that with the increase of the content of silicon-containing polyurethane prepolymer,the surface of MicroPCMs tends to be compact and smooth,and the enthalpy of phase transformation and paraffin content also increase.Under the optimal conditions,the melting enthalpy is 98.6 J/g,the crystallization enthalpy is 97.9 J/g,and the paraffin content is 70.3%.The heat resistance also increases.Under the optimal conditions,the maxi-mum decomposition rate temperature in the first stage is 335.6℃,and in the second stage is 442.1℃.
