兰索拉唑联合康复新液治疗十二指肠球后溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨兰索拉唑联合康复新液治疗十二指肠球后溃疡患者的临床疗效。方法将95例十二指肠球后溃疡患者按照随机数字表法分研究组48例与对照组47例。两组均给予兰索拉唑治疗,研究组在此基础上给予康复新液治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后比较两组血清白细胞介素-6、表皮生长因子、肿瘤坏死因子水平,采用生活质量综合评定问卷评定两组生活质量,比较两组不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组血清白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),表皮生长因子水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组较对照组变化更显著(P<0.01)。治疗后两组生活质量综合评定问卷评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论兰索拉唑联合康复新液治疗十二指肠球后溃疡患者疗效显著,能有效减轻患者炎性反应,提高生活质量,安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lansoprazole combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of patients with duodenal bulb ulcer.Methods A total of 95 patients with duodenal bulb ulcer were divided into study group(n=48)and control group(n=47)according to random number table method.Both groups were treated with lansoprazole,and the study group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid on this basis.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),epidermal growth factor(EGF)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The quality of life of the two groups was assessed by the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74),and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and EGF levels were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01).The study group changed more significantly than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the GQOLI-74 scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Lansoprazole combined with Kangfuxin liquid is effective in treating patients with duodenal bulb ulcer.It can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients,improve the quality of life,and has high safety.
