摘 要:目的探讨团队合作联合危险因素预防护理干预对极低出生体质量儿喂养质量的影响。方法将88例极低出生体质量儿按入院时间分为两组,每组44例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用团队合作联合危险因素预防护理干预,观察1个月。比较两组喂养不耐受情况(频繁呕吐、腹胀、胃潴留)、家属护理满意度,干预前及干预1个月末测量两组生长发育情况(体质量、身长)。结果研究组胃潴留、腹胀、频繁呕吐发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预1个月末两组体质量、身长均较干预前显著增加(P<0.01),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组家属护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团队合作联合危险因素预防护理干预可有效减少极低出生体质量儿喂养不耐受的发生,促进其生长发育,提高家属护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of teamwork combined with risk factor preventive nursing intervention on feeding quality of very low birth weight infants(VLBWI).Methods A total of 88 cases of VLBWI were divided into two groups according to the time of admission,with 44 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing intervention,and the study group used teamwork combined with risk factor preventive nursing intervention for one month.The feeding intolerance(frequent vomiting,abdominal distention,gastric retention)and family nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.The growth and development(body mass,body length)of the two groups were measured before the intervention and at the end of one month.Results The incidence of gastric retention,abdominal distension,and frequent vomiting in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the end of one month after intervention,the body mass and body length of the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction degree of family members in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Teamwork combined with risk factor preventive nursing interventions can effectively reduce the incidence of VLBWI feeding intolerance,promote their growth and development,and improve family care satisfaction.
