建设“特色小寨”:民族地区践行乡村振兴战略的思考——以西江苗寨为例

摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略的背景下,以“特色小寨”发展模式推进民族地区乡村发展转型,是盘活乡村资产的有效路径。雷山西江苗寨的成功案例表明,“特色小寨”发展模式既有利于乡村的可持续发展,又有利于乡村文化与生态保护,进而实现乡村价值共识、价值保全、价值再生、价值联动,契合乡村振兴战略亟需的产业发展配置要求。Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,it is an effective way to invigorate rural assets to promote the transformation of rural development in ethnic areas with the development mode of"featured village".The successful case of XijiangMiao village shows that the development model of"featured village"is not only conducive to the sustainable development of rural areas,but also to the protection of rural culture and ecology,as well as realizing rural value consensus,value preservation,value regeneration and value linkage,which meets the requirements of industrial development allocation urgently needed by the rural revitalization strategy.
