摘  要:乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染是肝细胞癌(HCC)发生、发展及治疗效果及远期预后的重要影响因素,核苷类似物(NAs)抗病毒治疗能有效抑制病毒复制、保护术后肝功能、延缓肝纤维化,是最有效降低HCC切除术后复发风险及延长生存期的治疗方法。近年来,抗病毒治疗在HBV相关性HCC治疗中的应用日益增加,NAs作为抗HBV治疗中的一线治疗药物,已广泛应用于HBV相关性HCC的辅助治疗,并已成为HCC的重要辅助治疗方法。随着对NAs在HBV相关性HCC治疗过程相关研究的深入开展,NAs围手术期抗病毒治疗将显著改善HBV相关性HCC患者行肝部分切除术的远期预后。Hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is an important factor of the occurrence,development,therapeutic effects,and the long-term prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Nucleoside analogues(NAs)antiviral treatment can effectively inhibit viral replication,protect liver function after operation,and delay liver fibrosis,which is the most effective treatment to reduce the risk of recurrence after resection of liver cancer and prolong the survival.In recent years,the application of antiviral therapy in the treatment of HBV related HCC has been increasing.The NAs,as a first-line anti-HBV therapy,has been widely used in the adjuvant treatment of HBV associated HCC,and has become an important adjuvant therapy for HCC.With further research on NAs in the treatment of HBV associated HCC,perioperative NAs antiviral therapy is expected to significantly improve the long-term prognosis of patients with HBV associated HCC undergoing partial hepatectomy.
